Will Ospreay is cocky heading into the match off of his current record over the last year. But Swerve isn’t here to play. The World Championship isn’t a game to him

He asks if Ospreay is willing to sacrifice everything the way Swerve has? Willing to sacrifice his love of pro wrestling, his friends even wife and his son?

Ospreay is furious. DO NOT MENTION HIS SON. Nana tries to calm this down and end the segment.

Will leaves the ring and Swerve calls him back.. WHAT IF I WANTED TO MAKE THIS PERSONAL?

Very fun, PWG style faced pace match. Kyle O'Reilly pushed Orange Cassidy out of the way to take a knee for him. Cassidy rebounds with an Orange Punch for the win over Roderick Strong

Okada cuts off the Acclaimed before they could rap because he “hit the wrong button”

AEW WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE ELIMINATOR: THE ACCLAIMED DEF. THE YOUNG BUCKS

Anthony Bowens worked most of the match alone as the Bucks kept taking out Max Caster. Eventually the Bucks try to cheat with title belts. Matt gets caught. Nick knocks out Matt while Rick Knox is distracted. Bowens and Caster take advantage, hit their finish for the win.

Mariah May tries to tell both girls she loves them before they start signing contracts.

Mina tells Mariah to shut up! Mina says in STARDOM, Toni Storm is a legend. In AEW, Toni Storm became a Star. But as Champion? Toni’s gotten soft. At Forbidden Door, Mina is going to take Toni's Championship and her girl.

Toni says if Mina every raises her voice at Mariah again, she’ll slap her title off.

Mina tells Mariah she’s gonna have to choose between her and Toni Storm.

Saraya, Anna Jay and Harley Cameron attack all three women before they could continue. Toni gets taken out while Mariah gets saved by Mina. Toni is alone in the ring.

RAW opens with the surprise return of Seth Rollins. Rollins says he’s back for one reason. He’s about to declare he wants in the MITB when Damien Priest inturrupts,

Priest tells Rollins this is no longer Monday Night Rollins. Rollins says he and Priest are alike. They both won MITB, they both were in a faction. But Rollins grew a set. He asks what kind of Champion is Damien Priest?

Priest is HEATED. He says Rollins doesn’t need MITB or anything. At Money in the Bank he will gladly give Seth Rollins a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship. Seth asks if this is a trap? Priest is straight up!!

Rollins accepts!

Chad Gable tries to get himself a rematch for the IC Title. Adam Pierce says Gable will have to fight his way back up the ladder like anyone else. Gable blames his family, of course.

BRAUN STROWMAN DEF. CHAD GABLE

Gable blames the Academy... He took Maxxine's crutch from her and was forcing her to walk away from the ring on her bad ankle. Tonawanda gets involved. Gable shoves him down. OTIS HAS FINALLY HAD ENOUGH AND SNAPS ON GABLE. He pushes Gable off of his feet.

Gable is begging Otis to stop. Otis walks away with his friends.

Damien Priest wants to know why Finn Balor took the hotel key. Balor doesn’t like Priest tone. Says he took the key to prevent Dom from using it.

Priest asks what is Balor gonna do if he wins the Money in the Bank briefcase. Balor says he’s going to keep it real… if he gets the briefcase, he’s going to cash it in…. on Cody Rhodes. He laughs and says Priest can trust him

MONEY IN THE BANK QUALIFYING MATCH: IYO SKY DEF. KIANA JAMES AND ZELINA VEGA

Liv Morgan made her way out to ringside to distract Zelina Vega. This allowed Iyo to hit the moonsauly on James for her spot in the MITB.

Sami Zayn is going to cut a promo when he’s interrupted by Bron Breakker who wants the Intercontinental Championship.

Sheamus interrupts them both to say he’ll do whatever it takes to get the one title he’s never had in WWE.

Bron tells Sheamus nobody cares about his sob stories or anything like that. Bron is going to kick Sheamus ass for standing in his way.

Sami Zayn says he’s going to Adam Pearce to set up Bron Breakker vs Sheamus tonight. Winner gets Sami Zayn

The spirit of Uncle Howdy continues to loom over the ring as we head into

Liv Morgan comes out in Dom's vest. Zelina attacks Liv. A brawl begins between LWO, Liv, Dom and JD. The distraction allows Carlito to take out Dragon Lee with the backbreaker and win.

Otis tells Chad Gable that he’s leaving him and that he’s done.

Chad Gable says that hes going to do what Otis never could and win the MITB Briefcase and successfully cash-in to become World Champion

Beefy, meaty. Big time Heavyweight match between Bron and Sheamus that ends in DQ when Ludwig attacks Sheamus.

Ludwig runs around the ring to dropkick Sheamus leg into the stairs the way he did Giovanni Vinci. But he gets intercepted by Bron Breakker with a massive spear.

WWE Clash at the Castle is live from Glasgow, Scotland.

WWE CHAMPIONSHIP I QUIT MATCH: CODY RHODES(c) DEF. AJ STYLES

Cody and AJ kick the match off by brawling to the backstage area to the international announcers area.

They’re back in the Arena when AJ Styles hits a brainbuster on Cody onto the announce table.

Camera cuts to AJ Styles arguing with Cody Rhodes and when it cuts back to Cody... HES BUSTED OPEN BAD!!!!!!!!

MASSIVE *F**K YOU AJ* CHANTS!!

AJ Styles brings out handcuffs which gets a Kinky Bastard chant and he beats on Cody with a Kendo stick. Cody's mom distracts AJ long enough for Cody to get his self back together.

AJ is busted open. Cody handcuffs AJ to the ropes. Beats him with a chair and threatened to hit him with steel steps.

AJ QUITS.

CODY HITS HIM ANYWAY.

Cody is attacked by the Bloodline until Randy Orton and Kevin Owens come out to even the odds.

WWE WOMENS TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP: ALBA FYRE AND ISLA DAWN DEF. JADE CARGILL AND BIANCA BELAIR(c) vs SHAYNA BASZLER AND ZOEY STARKS

Pretty fun match that really fell apart in the final minutes.

WWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP: SAMI ZAYN(c) DEF. CHAD GABLE

Excellent wrestling match sprinkled with all the drama of one of WWE's best ongoing stories.

At one point Chad Gable is berating Maxxine for not whacking Sami with the IC Belt off a distraction.

Otis will not allow this and gets in Gable's face. Later, Gable gets thrown into Maxxine's bad ankle. Otis has had enough of Maxxine getting hurt. He takes her and leaves. This distraction allows Sami to hit Gable with the Helluva Kick to win.

WWE WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP: BAYLEY(c) DEF. PIPER NIVEN

Great showing for both Bayley and Piper Niven tonight. Chelsea gets ejected early on allowing this to be a straight up back and forth match for the most part.

Chelsea does make her way back out under a mask to distract the ref and cost Bayley a pinfall. But it wasn’t enough to help Piper win

Bayley ends the match with an uncharacteristic Crucifix Bomb.

WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: DAMIEN PRIEST(c) vs DREW MCINTYRE

Priest and McIntyre are having an excellent big man match. Even considering Priest mightve legitimately hurt himself on a botched dove early on.

At one point, the ref goes out and a ref comes in… But it’s CM Punk.

Punk kicks McIntyre in the balls and costs him the World Championship

Chelsea’s theme song now has Samantha Irvins introduction built in. Naomi picks up the win and they mock Chelsea and Piper as they make their way up the ramp

Baron Corbin is in the GM office being greatful for getting called up. Legado De Fantasma walk in and call Corbin a charity case.

Santos Escobar tells Nick Aldis he heard Appolo is good to go so he wants a match.

GRAYSON WALLER EFFECT FT. #DIY

DIY is not here to play around. They start throwing furniture and they tell Grayson Waller he’s trying to screw Austin Theory.

A brawl breaks out, Waller ducks a Johnny Gargano super kick and allows Austin Theory to take it. Gargano wasn’t trying to take out his former “the WAY” stablemate but there’s no time for concern as they clesr the ring and pose with the WWE Tag Team Championships.

Blair Davenport mocks Naomi for winning her match while Bayley was at her side. Naomi is gonna attack her but Bayley says it isn’t worth it.

Bayley thanks Naomi for being by her aide even though it’s hard. They hug. Then they get distracted by Chelsea Green and attacked by Piper Niven

SANTOS ESCOBAR DEF. APOLLO CREWS

Crews is outnumbered until Baron Corbin comes out to even the odds. It looks like Crews is going to get a distraction victory but Santos kicks out.

Santos pulls out the win.

Elite want to talk business with the World Champion. They talk about the trail of destruction left in the wake of the Elite and half the roster is gone because of them. They want to showcase to the best AEW has to offer in BLOOD & GUTS!!!!!!

The Elite want to make Swerve an offer to join them in the match as their fifth man. They even offer Swerve some new Young Bucks Reebok sneakers!

Swerve says he doesn’t wear Matthew’s size 9’s, nobody wears pearl anymore, he’s a businessman and does his own thing, and he’s a philanthropist which leads to Prince Nana throwing Matthew’s rare Reebok’s into the crowd!

The Elite say that the injury bug has just landed on Swerve… UNTIL THE ACCLAIMED MAKE THE SAVE!

As a battle commences, Christopher Daniels restores order and says for everyone to leave except for Jack Perry as it’s wrestling time

TNT Championship Ladder Match Qualifier: “Scapegoat” Jack Perry vs “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes

LOTS OF BLOOD as Dustin is busted open early on. In fact, Dustin bleeds all over the ring and ringside area outside.

Jack Perry kicks out of a Cross Roads and uses an exposed turnbuckle to bleed Dustin some more before taking him to the outside and DDT’ing the Natural into the exposed concrete floor.

RUSH vs Deonn Rusman

Deonn looks like a slightly smaller version of Rush.

Rush crushes Deonn.

The local wrestler loses in a one-sided match before stepping on his neck and insulting the weak Americans in the crowd…. UNTIL MJF COMES OUT FOR THE SAVE!

Rush & MJF fight in the ring, through the crowd, and finally in the backstage area while security, wrestlers, and backstage personnel break them up (even Glacier comes by to help)!

Konosuke Takeshita, Kyle Fletcher, and Roderick Strong vs Kyle O’Reilly, Orange Cassidy & Mark Briscoe

Trios action in a high-impact, high-intensity match.

Chaos, pandemonium, carnage… whatever word you want to say, this was that match. Check it out!

Match gets crazy and breaks down as all six men start fighting and taking turns hitting an opponent with a major move (the usual trios vibe). Briscoe takes a HUGE shot from Takeshita as Fletcher piledrives Mark for the win.

After the match, it breaks down further and the faces are crowded on the outside of the ring until Willow Nightingale comes to save the da….. oh no, Statlander beat her up.

Match was mostly one-sided as Zeuxis destroyed the champion until Mercedes makes a comeback to retain her title!

This is Nick Comoroto’s first match on Dynamite in nearly 2 years and his first Dynamite singles match in nearly 3 years… IT’S BEEN A WHILE!!! He is also clean-shaven.

Match of the Night BY FAR! Words cannot do this match justice, go watch this one if you haven’t already!

One of the big moments was Ospreay LANDING ON HIS FEET following an avalanche Frankensteiner from Fenix… to which then Fenix LANDS ON HIS FEET following an attack by Ospreay off the ropes.

With Fenix down on the mat, Ospreay goes up top, looks toward Swerve before giving Fenix a SWERVE STOMP!!! One Hidden Blade later and Ospreay has retained

AND STILL AEW INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION… WILL OSPREAY!

After the match, Swerve goes into the ring and the champions are now face-to-face.
Swerve calls Ospreay an immature child and says Will can’t hold both worlds on his shoulders. Swerve turns to leave as Ospreay grabs the World Title off swerve and puts both championships on his shoulders!!!

Swerve takes his title back and whispers to Ospreay that he’s lucky they are friends because anybody else would be put in the grave for doing that…

Raw opens with shots of Lyra and Iyo entering the building ahead of their match tonight.

Drew McIntyre is out to cut a promo but as soon as he says Damian Priests name. Priest and the Judgement Day come out

Drew McIntyre claims Damian can’t retain his title without the help of the Judgement Day. Damien Priest proposes Finn Balor vs Drew McIntyre tonight.

If Drew McIntyre wins, Judgement Day will be banned from Ringside.

Drew McIntyre says next Monday, he doesn’t want to hear any excuses when he shows up to RAW as World Heavyweight Champion.

“HIT MY MUSIC”

"I don't think a gorgeous man like you should be with a woman who makes him call her Mami.

A man like you should be with a girl who calls him Daddy."

Liv Morgan slides a hotel key in Dominik's tights and invites him to her hotel room tonight

IYO SKY DEF. LYRA VALKYRIA

Very good TV match here with an interference mid way and then Iyo sneaking a win at the end. It didn’t touch the quality of their QotR match. Would like to see then tie it up on a PLE.

Damage CTRL jump Lyra after the match because she’s pinned them all at least once and they hate her.

Katana Chance and Kayden Carter come out to even the odds..

Dom tells the rest of Judgement Day that Liv gave him a hotel key. Carlito says THATS COOL but the rest of Judgement Day are horrified.

Sami tells the Alpha Academy he’s sorry they’re stuck in the middle of his issues but he’s telling then again, they don’t have to deal with this.

Otis walks up and Sami wants nothing to do with him. Otis tried to apologize but they’ll see each other in the ring later tonight.

Dom tells Damien Priest about the hotel key Liv gave him. But the card is missing from the table.

BRAUN STROWMAN/LWO DEF. JUDGEMENT DAY/CARLITO

2 segment match with some great action. The match ends when Liv gets involved to distract the LWO and help Dom. She gets shoved onto his lap and she grinds him before Zelima Vega breaks it up.

The distractions lead to Bron Breakker pulling out the win for his team.

Ricochet tells Ilja Dragunov that he knows what Ilja is capable of.

Iyo Sky is FREAKING OUT. She’s screaming. “DAMAGE CTRL NEEDS TO CHAAAAANGE!!!”

Sami Zayn calls Chad Gable a manipulative abuser who he’s going to defeat at Clash at the Castle.

Chad Gable and the Alpha Academy come out. Chad says he and his family are happy. Sami screams does he really think they’re happy?

They’re only gonna be happy once they leave Chad Gable. Gable says nobody is leaving anywhere and he’s going to unleash a new version of Otis on Sami Zayn right now.

Chad Gable wouldn't stop trying to call plays. Otis falls to a distraction Helluva Kick.

Chad Gable slaps Otis. Otis looks like he's finally had enough. But he takes out Sami again.

Gable thinks he's safe but Otis turns the aggression towards Chad Gable instead. He's going to take out Gable but he can't bring himself to hurt his mentor. He huffs off.

Chad Gable has created a monster.

Cody Rhodes is announced for WWE NXT tomorrow night.

SHAYNA BASZLER AND ZOEY STARK DEF. ISLA DAWN AND ALBA FYRE

Shayna Baszler makes quick work of Alba Fyre to win a tag match for her team tonight.

BRON BREAKKER DEF. ILJA DRAGUNOV

What an excellent TV match. I NEED the PPV rematch this Saturday. Please. Ilja and Bron Breakker are perfect opponents.

Ilka took Bron Breakker to the limit here. He was presented as an actual threat to Bron Breakker. Thus being presented as a threat to ANYBODY on the roster.

Bron has to put Ilja ribs first through a table, onto the barricade and then 3 SPEARS before he could pin Ilja Dragunov.

Damian has finally accepted Carlito as part of the crew and Dom finds the card key in his tights again.

Sheamus reminds Drew McIntyre to keep his focus on the World Championship this Saturday. Than Sheamus can win Money in the Bank.

Drew asks if Sheamus would give him a heads up on a cash in. Sheamus promises it would be just like old times.

New Day attacks Karrion Kross. Distracting AoP enough for the Miz to get a roll up victory

It appears Ricochet has been written off. Bron Breakker attacked Ilja Dragunov backstage. Ricochet tried to defend him.

Breakker lawn darts Ricochet into the truck, the way Kevin Nash did Rey Mysterio in WCW. Then Powerslams him off a platform through a windshield.

Samantha Irvin has left to be with Ricochet in the hospital. So Pat McAfee steps up to do announcing

NXT NORTH AMERICAN WOMENS CHAMPIONSHIP LADDER MATCH: KALANI JORDAN DEF. JAIDA PARKER, MICHIN, SOL RUCA, FALLON HENLY

This was about as good as a ladder match full of 6 green horns could be. Lash Legend took the biggest spot as they tossed her through a ladder on the outside.

NXT TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS: AXOM AND NATHAN FRAIZER(c) DEF. GOOD BROTHERS

As much as I am bored with the Good Brothers, they’ve got their working boots on here. Very good match here. Frazier and AXIOM continue a great reign.

NXT UNDERGROUND: LOLA VICE DEF. SHAYNA BASZLER BY TKO

After a sea of promos and commercials as they set this match up. We finally get under way.

This is probably the Underground match with the most accurate MMA simulation moves and spots. Whether it was good or not will depend on your ability to stomach simulated MMA spots.

I personally found them very well done, for the most part.

NXT NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP: OBA FEMI DEF. WES LEE AND JOE COFFEY

Good grief, what a match!!

Quick paced, hard hitting match that saw Oba Femi throwing his opponents around like Rag Dolls before Gallus got involved. Oba Femi overcame all obstacles to retain here.

NXT WOMENS CHAMPIONSHIP: ROXANNE PEREZ DEF. TNA KNOCKOUTS CHAMPION JORDYNNE GRACE

Roxanne Perez squeaks out a win over Jordynne Grace in a fantastic match after some shenanigans outside the ring involving Tatum Paxley and Ash By Elegance (yup, Dana Brooke)

At one point, one of Jordynne's earrings got yanked out of her ear and lodged into Roxanne's THIGH!

NXT CHAMPIONSHIP: TRICK WILLIAMS DEF. ETHAN PAGE

Ethan Page's Ego got the better of him. Frustrated, he argues with the official and eats a Trick Shot for his hubris!

Trick Williams retains his NXT Championship!

He then celebrates with Sexyy Red as NXT goes off the air.

Smackdown opens with Paul Heyman saying Solo has anointed Tama Tonga as "The Right Hand Man."

Big "WE WANT ROMAN" chants again.

Heyman also says Solo has anointed "The Infamous" Tonga Loa has a full fledged member of The Bloodline.

Kevin Owens comes out to brawl w/The Bloodline, but the numbers get the better of him until the Street Profits make the save.

MJF says he went from most hated to most beloved but while he was gone, people tried to revise his history.

RUSH interrupts MJF. He is furious that MJF has been gone all this time while RUSH was wrestling and working.

Where is Rush's big celebration?

MJF says he didn’t catch anything RUSH said. He clowns the Elite's running of the company and blames them for shoddy production.

MJF says RUSH is an international star but MJF is THE BEST.

He takes the camera from Lonny the cameraman and shows him how to put Big Bill and Bryan Keith in frame(he puts then entirely out of frame)

Big Bill looks at Jericho's camera and says he appreciates the little things like the sun shining.

Liv is out to thank everyone for being part of the Liv Morgan revenge tour. She pats herself on the back for retiring Becky Lynch and says the cherry on top was making out with Dominik Mysterio.

Dom says he wants nothing to do with Liv and when Mami comes back, she’s going to end Liv.

Liv says Rhea is going to end Dom as well. But Liv is going to make it worth it.

Liv starts to feel down Dom's body and Finn Balor interrupted before she could change the rating of the TV show.

Liv says she’ll leave.. But what if Dom doesn’t want her to…..

Sheamus says maybe Gunther has been holding Ludwig Keiser back. He wants to find out tonight.

Ludwig Keiser attacks Sheamus during his entrance so we don’t get TOO MANY LIMES tonight. Sad face.

Very stiff match here. Fun stuff. Keiser worked Sheamus knee the entire match and eventually paid it off by kicking Sheamus legs out from under him as he was on the turnbuckle. Easy pinfall after that.

Pretty good match with glimpses of greatness. Match ends when Carlito and JD's interference allows Balor to take advantage.

Braun Strowman and Rey Mysterio come out to run Judgement Day off as they jumped Dragon Lee after the match.

Damien Priest wants Carlito to help solve their Braun Strowman problem. They walk off and R-Truth comes up to reminisce about when he was in Carlito's position.

Sami Zayn calls out Chad Gable but the Academy students come out instead. They read a letter from Gable to Sami that says this will only end when Sami grants Gable an IC title match.

Sami grants the match. He starts trying to talk to Alpha Academy but Chad Gable comes from behind with a sneak attack.

Gable starts berating Otis for not jumping in to attack Sami. Tozawa steps in then starts getting Gable's wrath. Maxxine begs Chad Gable to stop and he forces her to get on her knees to beg.

Otis is close to snapping but he doesn't until Chad Gable throws Sami into him and knocks Maxxine and Tozawa off the apron. Otis then attacks Sami Zayn and leaves.

Gable thanks the Alpha Academy for their plan in taking our Sami Zayn. But none of them were planning anything. They’re really hurt and got ignored.

Bron Breakker's got a horrible new theme song.

BRON BREAKKER DEF. RICOCHET

This is the first main roster match for Breakker to go past 30 seconds and it delivered. Finish sees Breakker hitting an INCREDIBLE FrankenSteiner and then a high impact spear to break Ricochet in half.

AJ Styles tells Nick Aldis he needs to address his future tonight.

Great match that ends when Grayson Waller costs Theory the match when he was overheard saying Theory only mattered because he’s getting thr Grayson rub.

Naomi asks Nick Aldis to give her and Bayley a match against Piper and Chelsea later tonight. But she interrupted Blair Davenport and Blair did not like that.

LA Knight enters the room looking for Logan Paul

Decent match. Andrade picks up a quick victory. Earlier in the night Angel Garza tried to recruit Andrade. Andrade said no thanks but Angel didn’t really get the message. He comes out with the rest of Legado de Phantasma after this match and they all get ignored by Andrade.

The Bloodline is in the back when Heyman walks up. He says he wants to better serve Solo and the Bloodline but he can’t because they’re being violent for violence sake.

Solo tells Heyman not to worry. “We” have Cody right where we want him. Heyman asks.. With all due respect.. Who is “WE”?

Apollo takes out Angel Ortiz for getting involved in his match with Andrade earlier.

Kevin Owens is disappointed they couldn't make Randy the King of the Ring but he says we all saw Randy didn't really lose. Owens wants to fight the Bloodline.

Heyman comes out and tells Kevin that when he fought Roman. Roman respected Kevin Owens. But Solo has recruited CRIMINALS into the Bloodline. They don’t respect Kevin at all.

Roman and Heyman used to do background checks because they didn’t want people like this representing the Bloodline. He’s begging Owens not to call out the Bloodline because they are going to do bad things to him.

Kevin doesn’t trust him. He thinks Heyman is pulling the strings behind all of this. Kevin says the Bloodline has done everything to him but he’s still standing and he had a great time!

But that was the Bloodline. Reigns and the Usos, men that Kevin Owens also respects. Solo and those other two guys are NOT the Bloodline. They're just some dudes he doesnt even care to know and he wants them out of the WWE. So he will keep fighting.

Heyman says he is trying to SAVE Kevin Owens. Why won’t he try to understand?! WHY WONT ANYBODY LISTEN TO HIM?! Heyman gets carried away and hits Kevin Owens with the microphone.

The Bloodline comes out before Kevin Owens could destroy Heyman. The Street Profits come out to even the odds. They brawl to the commercial break.

Very stiff match. Lots of hard strikes and clotheslines. Match ends when Tama Tonga sneaks a tag and Montez Ford didn’t notice before he finished the wrong wrestler and got finished himself.

Jade and Bianca are talking about heading to RAW to defend the Women’s Tag Team Championships. Indi asks if they’re going to RAW to injure someone the same way they hurt Candice.

Bianca reminds Indi that they targeted Biancas knee first. Jade gets in Indis face and threatens to injure her.

Naomi takes the pin and costs the babyfaces the match here. I wonder how that will come around.

AJ heads to the ring and says goodbye to multiple superstars on his way out.

AJ says he doesn’t have time to wait at the back of the line for a world championship opportunity. Last weekend he got to throw a graduation party for his son and he realized he missed too many of these.

So he’s going to go home and be a phenomenal father.

AJ calls Cody out to the ring to tell him their match at Backlash was one of the best he’s ever had. AJ wants Cody out here because he wants to hand Cody the keys to the HOUSE THAT AJ STYLES BUILT.

Cody says they've only ever had one text exchange between them and it was after Backlash. Cody texted AJ to see if he was OK. Aj responded “I’m good little bro.”

Cody thanks AJ for being the big bro of the locker room.

Negotiations Between AEW and WBD Intensify: TV Rights and Streaming on the Table

The Wrestling Observer is reporting negotiations are underway between AEW and WBD regarding the television rights to the three existing shows: Dynamite, Rampage, and Collision.

Additionally, shoulder programming and streaming rights are also part of the discussions. While the numbers being mentioned are substantial, it's clear that AEW is holding out for an even more lucrative deal, as no agreement has been signed yet.

The figures being talked about between WBD and AEW are said to be considerably more than the estimated $110 million per year, or slightly more, that would in theory take AEW into profitable range.

There is talk of figures being between 50% above and as much as nearly double the current number said to be already on the table.

AEW's current deal with WBD was extended for four years at $175 million total, which included the addition of Rampage. WBD later picked up a one-year extension that will take the relationship through the end of this year. The new TV rights negotiations include streaming rights, which are currently not available domestically.

WBD CEO, President David Zaslav, and TNT Sports head Luis Silberwasser would reportedly like to keep the five hours of AEW programming per week on TNT and TBS with Dynamite, Rampage, and Collision. With the TV rights deal expiring at the end of this year, both parties are working to reach a new agreement that satisfies their respective interests.

As the negotiations continue, fans are eagerly awaiting news of a potential deal that could shape the future of AEW and its programming. With the numbers being discussed, it's clear that AEW is poised to become an even more significant player in the world of professional wrestling.

Jack Perry is mid celebration when Christopher Daniels returns to AEW and is named interim EVP. Daniels will be making announcements directly for Tony Khan from now on.

WWE and TNA Collaborations Expected After Jordynne Grace's Surprise Appearance

Pro Wrestling fans were surprised to see TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace appear in NXT, and it appears this might be just the beginning of a collaboration between the two promotions.

According to reports, Grace's appearance at NXT and upcoming appearance at Battleground may not be a one-time thing. There is a belief that there will be more cross-promotional events between WWE's NXT brand and TNA in the future. This could potentially include NXT wrestlers appearing on TNA programming.

WWE RAW opens with the members of tongiht’s cage match entering the building.

Gunther says he’s going to restore prestige to the crown and then he’s going to restore prestige to the World Championship. Because Damian Priest stole the world title.

Damian Priest says Gunther hasn’t proven anything because he stole the Crown from Randy with a fluke victory. He says he didn’t steal the title because he won with MITB the way many others have.

But if Gunther doesn’t know how things work, Priest can teach him. Gunther says he’s been waiting since he got here for someone to teach him anything.

Gunther wants to teach Priest something about this sport that he loves.

Drew McIntyre interrupts to remind them who’s the number 1 contender.

CM Punk chants break out but Drew says Punk is lucky he got injured because he probably would’ve been fired by now and he’s got nowhere else to go.

Drew turns his attention to Damian. Says he sucks as a leader of Judgement Day so he better start focusing on what’s important. Himself and the World Championship.

Otis is on his way to winning the match before Chad Gable stops him from hitting the worm and costs him. Gable then calls out the rest of the Alpha Academy to “settle this now”

Chad Gable is literally going to whip Otis to discipline him. Maxxine stops Chad but he’s berated and kicked her out the ring.

Chad is going to whip Otis when Sami Zayn interrupts

Sami Zayn tries to appeal to Otis again. He doesn’t have to listen to this. He can listen to the fans or his own heart. But Otis has not grown strong enough yet. He allows Sami to get beaten down and he leaves with Gable.

WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: LIV MORGAN VS BECKY LYNCH

Rumors surrounding Becky Lynch's contract status loom over this match. The finish comes when Dominik tries to help Becky win the title. Finn and JD run out to stop him from interfering(?!).

Braun finally finds JD and ends up knocking Dom into the cage, that takes out Becky and this allows Liv to retain by escaping through the door

Injury Updates After AEW Double or Nothing

AEW Double or Nothing, the five-year anniversary show, featured the return of MJF and crowned two champions integral to the company's future, Mercedes Mone and Will Ospreay. However, the night also saw some injuries to top talent.

Adam Copeland, also known as Edge, was injured during the highly anticipated barbed wire steel cage match with Malakai Black. The severity of the injury is currently unknown, and fans are eagerly awaiting an update on his condition.

Jack Perry, also known as Jungle Boy, was involved in the chaotic Anarchy in the Arena match, which featured a fire spot. Fortunately, Perry emerged unscathed and showed no signs of injury after the match.

Darby Allin, another participant in the Anarchy in the Arena match, was not as fortunate as Perry. Allin was injured during the match and went to the hospital for a check-up. Fortunately, there are no major injuries, and Allin is expected to make a full recovery.

Good match with a lot of stiff striking and heated wrestling. Deonna held the ropes on a roll up to steal the match. A few more minutes and this would’ve been GREAT.

Tony Khan and Martha Hart announce the 2024 Owen Hart Cup. Martha Hart asked Tony Khan during a Christmas conversation if the winners could receive World Championship opportunities.

Tony announced not only will they get that, the winners will receive their title shot at AEW ALL IN AT WEMBLY!!!!!!

AEW INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP: WILL OSPREAY DEF. RODERICK STRONG(c)

EXCELLENT match that had a scary beginning when Ospreay tell onto his neck. But they recovered.

Very fun. Don Callis tried to convince Ospreay to use the Tiger Driver but Ospreay couldn’t do it and it almost cost him.

Adam Cole is out to disrespect Las Vegas but the lights go out. MJF RETURNS.

MJF kicks Adam Cole in the nuts and he makes a proclamation.

“UNLIKE THOSE GUYS IN THE BACK. I DONT NEED A NEW JAPAN OR A VINCE MCMAHON TO MAKE MJF. BECAUSE MJF MADE MJF”

MJF says no more love. No more hugs. No more games. He’s back to what drives him the most. He picks up the Devil mask and says it symbolizes a bad time in his career. Then he destroys it.

MJF says he's ALL IN. He shows off an AEW tattoo and confirms he has re-signed.

Very fun trios match that ends with the return of Juice Robinson!!!! Juice smacks PAC off the turnbuckle, allowing Jay to hit a Bladerunner and win.

WOMEN'S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: TONI STORM DEF. SERENA DEEB

Fantastic match. Very physical. Serena Deeb dominates most of the match. At one point, Serena has Toni in the same leg lock that she had Mariah May in when Toni Storm threw in the towel.

Mariah is VERY willing to throw in the towel but Luthor stops her. Toni sees Luthor with the towel and screams at him.

Match ends with an AVALANCHE STORM ZERO PILEDRIVER!!!

Orange Cassidy has reverted to "WHERE IS MY MIND" by the Pixies.

He's rocking a black t-shirt for the first time and he's actively enjoying any punishment he gets to lay on Trent Baretta.

ORANGE CASSIDY DEF. TRENT BARETTA

This was every bit as heated as if it had a stip attached to it. Real grudge match vibes. The finish sees Orange Cassidy reversing a Triangle into a pin.

Trent Baretta pushes Rocky Romero away. Tells Renee Paquette he’s done. And leaves the building through the audience.

FTW RULES TITLE MATCH: CHRIS JERICHO DEF. HOOK AND SHIBATA

Very interesting match that ends when Bryan Keith costs Hook and Shibata the title. Allowing Jericho to win. Tables, Kendo Sticks, Chairs, Garbage Cans and Dice were used.

IWGP HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP ELIMINATOR MATCH: JON MOXLEY DEF. KONOSUKE TAKESHITA

Great match that ends when Don Callis coaches Takeshita into a bad play. Takeshita had the match won when Callis said Takeshita should take Mox out with steel chairs.

Takeshita ends up curbstomped onto his very own chair and pinned after a Death Rider.

BROOD ADAM COPELAND IS OUT TO SLAYER'S SOUTH OF HEAVEN!!!!!!!!

TNT CHAMPIONSHIP BARBED WIRE STEEL CAGE MATCH: ADAM COPELAND(c) DEF. MALAKAI BLACK

This isn’t the traditional Barbed Wire Steel Cage. There is barbed with inside the cage walls. There are also multiple barbed wire wrapped weapons pre loaded into the cage.

This is every bit as violent as the Hell in a Cell with Finn Balor was supposed to be. House of Black pretended to join Edge before jumping him until GANGREL appeared to fight them off.

TBS WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP: MERCEDES MONÉ DEF. WILLOW NIGHTINGALE(c)

Great match. Mercedes can still go. But she really needs a new finisher.

At one point, Willow had the match won but Mercedes had taunted Statlander and Stokely into distracting the referee.

Kris Statlander takes out Stokely Hathaway for being too aggressive with Willow. Then Kris takes out Willow and reveals she is WITH Stokely against Willow 💔
